Pen or PromptDoes this annoyance need an app, or just a pen?
List the small things that keep costing you time. Each gets the lightest fix that covers it - and only the one worth it gets a tiny app.
1 Your small annoyances free
1 row per annoyance. Say how often it comes round, the minutes it costs each time and what a fix would need to do.
2 The shadow board free
3 Ask for a reading
One run explains why each fix fits, gives a first move for each annoyance and, if the page picked one to build, writes its build card with a first prompt. The page re-checks the reply.

How the sort is decided
Minutes a year = times it comes round a year (every day 365, every week 52, every month 12, a few times a year 4) x the minutes each time. Then a fixed rule, in order, first match wins: under 60 minutes a year - let it be (unless it touches health, safety, money or a deadline - then a built-in reminder, so it is not forgotten); a fix needs a nudge at the right time - a built-in feature (alarm, reminder, timer, calendar); it needs a fixed list or steps - pen and paper; it needs a running record or numbers and costs under 600 minutes a year - a simple sheet; anything else (several needs at once, or a record or numbers worth 600 minutes or more) - vibe-code it. Build first is the tiny app that saves the most minutes a year; the earlier row wins a tie.
The minutes are your own estimates, so the sort is a starting point, not a measurement. A tiny home app should keep its data on your device and never hold passwords, bank or card details, or other people's personal details. Not professional advice.
